1 Year Anniversary
It was great to get away for our anniversary. We escaped to a small quiet town in Rhode Island. In the town of Wyoming my husband Shon and I were celebrating our one year anniversary. Not to mention, that less than two months ago, we also gave birth to a beautiful baby boy named Jeremiah. The joy of our lives.
Looking forward to our next adventure.
The town of Wyoming is filled with charm and has a close knit community. The people are friendly and welcome you with smiles and great conversation.
Like Jen who prepared the continental breakfast for us at Stagecoach House Inn the hotel we stayed in. She made black berry coffee cake, a cinnamon and a strawberry pound cake. My taste bud were taken by surprise. The BlackBerry coffee cake was made from fresh home grown berries from her own farm. She was very pleasant and we enjoyed a laugh or two as she continued with setting up the continental breakfast spread.
There was fresh fruit, cereal, bagals, toast, butter, cream cheese, tropical fruit juice, some pastries, and of course coffee and tea. A very nice set up.
If you visit please say hi to Jen and tell her Shon and Shani said hi too.
During our stay we enjoyed The Nordic Lodge for dinner, ate breakfast at West Bakery, picked up bait from the locale bait shop, enjoyed seafood at the Wood River End, went fishing in the local pond and much more. Check out the article on Green Gems for Robin's story.
This was a time for us to slow down and enjoy life.
